The platform is currently operated under the name "Riadway"; full legal identification of the operating entity, including its registered company name, address and registration number, will be published here following legal review and before commercial launch.

Riadway grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the platform for the purpose of discovering and booking accommodations, subject to these Terms.

Use of the platform

You agree to use Riadway only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, and not to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

Account creation

Certain features require creating an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Accommodation content

Information about accommodations displayed on Riadway may be provided in part by the riad owners or managers who list them. Riadway takes reasonable steps regarding the information shown but does not independently verify every detail provided by partners.

Bookings

Bookings made through Riadway are subject to our Booking Terms, which form part of these Terms of Use.

Payments

Payments made through Riadway are subject to our Payment Policy.

Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and to the specific conditions shown for your booking.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by submitting false information, attempting to bypass security measures, or using the platform for any fraudulent purpose.

Intellectual property

The Riadway name, logo and platform content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce or exploit them without authorization, except as necessary to use the platform normally.

Availability of the service

Riadway aims to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or modify the service, in whole or in part, for maintenance or other reasons.

Third-party services

The platform relies on third-party services, including a payment provider, to operate certain features. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Riadway shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, except as required by law.
