Third-party payment provider

Where payment is required to confirm a booking, it may be processed through a third-party payment provider, such as Stripe.

How your card details are handled

Card details you provide are handled directly by the payment provider, under its own security rules. Riadway does not store your full card details.

When payment is charged

The timing and conditions of payment are shown as part of the booking process for your reservation.

Currency and pricing

Prices are displayed on the platform in the currency shown at the time of booking.

Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, it is processed in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and depends on the payment method and payment provider used.
