Booking through the platform

Bookings are made directly through Riadway by selecting an available room, reviewing the conditions shown, and completing the booking steps.

Information provided by the traveler

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, as this information is used to confirm and manage your reservation.

Availability

Availability shown on the platform reflects information at the time of your search and may change until your booking is confirmed.

Price shown

The price displayed at the time of booking is the price applicable to your reservation, subject to any conditions shown during the booking process.

Booking confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once the booking process on the platform is completed, and a confirmation is provided with the corresponding details.

Conditions specific to the accommodation

Some conditions, such as check-in and check-out times or house rules, are specific to the accommodation and may be provided in part by the partner establishment.

Traveler obligations

You agree to respect the rules of the establishment during your stay and to use the accommodation appropriately.
